The company level is the top layer in Procore. It provides a centralized view of all projects. From here, you can access high-level information and manage multiple projects at once.

Portfolio Tool

The Portfolio tool is the main dashboard at the company level. It displays all projects, their status, and key metrics. This tool helps you monitor performance across all active and completed projects.

Project Level Overview

The project level is where individual job management happens. Once you select a project, you enter its dedicated workspace. This level focuses only on that specific project’s data, activity, and progress.

The Home tool is the main dashboard at the project level. It provides an overview of project activity, updates, and key information specific to that project.

Navigation Flow

1. Log into Procore and access the Company Level.
2. Open the Portfolio tool to view all projects.
3. Select a project to enter the Project Level.
4. Use the Home tool to view project-specific information.
5. Open the toolbox to access tools like RFIs, Submittals, and Documents.
